E-SoftSys Releases Version 4.5 of Self Storage Manager with Multi-Browser Support

Blue Bell, PA, January 20, 2015 – E-SoftSys^TM, a Total Solutions Provider for the self-storage industry, announced the release of Version 4.5 of Self Storage Manager^TM, one of the leading management software programs for the self-storage industry and e-CRM^TM, a fully integrated Customer Relationship Management module. The new versions of Self Storage Manager and e-CRM are developed using the latest .Net technologies with the SQL Server 2012 backend database.

The user interface of the Self Storage Manager (SSM) application has been redesigned with modern look and feel and has been fully optimized for quicker loading of the pages over the web. The new version is also compatible with all leading browsers such as IE, Safari, Firefox, Chrome and can be accessed from mobile devices such as iPads and Android tablets. Additionally, the new version of SSM incorporates EMV, Chip and Pin based credit card processing, well ahead of the scheduled deadline of October 2015 announced by major credit card issuers. Furthermore, with the incorporation of e-signature and digital storage of leases for both walk-in and online customers, storage operators can now move to a completely paperless environment.  Some other features include the RPost integration to send registered emails, integration with Text messenger module to send out payment reminders and past due SMS alerts to tenants, link to Customer Satisfaction Survey, increased security and much more.
